I'm looking forward to future linguistic research on how much our languages changed because of typing on phones.
And I don't mean shorthand, I mean when we were able to write entire novels on our phones because the software is so good, but we still roll with some of the mistakes, because Fuck it.
Or how it stagnated because of auto complete. Like my phone tells me what my next word is likely going to be, does that effect what I'm actually writing? Most often not, but surely occasionally.
