@maloki i suspect there will be some rebound after the spike. onboarding for marginalized people is still kinda messed up.
it's so easy to be a new, inexperienced user and get hit with the worst harassment you ever experienced right out of the gate.

@LilyVers my experience isn't as uniformly positive, maybe? i also empathize with people who find navigating this environment challenging.
i can see some, especially older people trying to find a way out of twitter, who may get left behind because the the impedance mismatch too much.
i wonder when that will be me.

Hey so i'm currently fundraising for my big sister Mira's Cancer fund.
She has stage 4 lung cancer and interstitial lung disease, with chronic illness and disabilities so finances are really tight. She's just finished her third round of chemo and surgeries are coming up.
