Driving through town today, stopped at a traffic light and a FREAKING HUGE HARRIER HAWK swooped down and landed on top of a building. I was on my way to the nature reserve to meet friends for walking so I had my good camera on me :D

To be clear, Apple are still sex work hating assholes, who censored people and cost them work, but changes were already coming to Tumblr before that.

And I would like to believe if they didn't get banned Tumblr would have better handled rolling out and announcing those changes, so that people would have been better prepared to migrate

Here's the main thing, Verizon is lowering the value of Oath, the company it owns, that owns Yahoo and Tumblr

This was the worst news I was alluding to, in that Tumblr is being forced to change now that it has ownership that demands profitability
