@andlabs idek. being open to the idea that ppl are being honest about their problems helps.

i don't spend a lot of time trying to empirically prove ppl lived experience, especially if there are a lot of ppl having that experience.

@andlabs when ever you have questions like that it is best to look at what the ppl being maginalized are a actually saying. if none of those ppl are in your orbit, well that's part of the problem.

@Nire i admit that frequently my first thought about a problem is a technical solution. it sort of migrates all the emotional labor to the endpoints. but that can be very isolating
