It seems that the company Gamestop, a purveyor of video games and geeky merch, has stated that they are an "essential retailer" in the wake of global pandemic, so they can stay open.

That proclamation falls flat because people can get games in various other ways. You can't download food or medicine.

I am not forcing anyone by any means, but don't do business with Gamestop, and remember that the workers are not part of this scheme.

We're trying to prepare for self-isolation, but we're living week to week, struggling with debt and are already short due to illness. I'm unable to work and @tinygoblin (who has type 1 diabetes) is on min wage and will only get statutory sick pay. In short, we're in a bad financial place that is only going to get worse.
