the tramadol so far seems to make me floaty/dizzy and drowsy. it makes me drowsy even thought i’m on a stimulant at the same time, which is, less than ideal but hopefully it goes away in a few days
on the up-side, it really makes me want to sleep which is good since i don’t get enough to offset my level of exhaustion; but at the moment it seems to be a trade of pain for this disorienting feeling — again, not my first choice but not having the pain is huge.
