This isn’t the only copy of this brochure on the internet, but it’s a much better scan than any previous copy and it’s unwatermarked. Also, the internet Archive's web-based book reader is really cool!

@bea Yeah! The core patch was pretty straightforward so it got committed as-is. Got asked for a minor change from another commit in the patchset (which fixes a longstanding bug that my first patch exposed for the first time).
