clang is by far the best name for a compiler because its the most fun to say.
Is there any standard one-byte Japanese encoding? e.g., one that would contain ASCII and kana, but no Kanji. I'm familiar with Shift JIS and EUC-JP, but I'm wondering if a one-byte font I'm looking at is using a layout cribbed from elsewhere.
