Woah. This is cool.
Last weekend I flew into Sacramento, California, to visit family. I saw this from the air on the approach flight.
And then suddenly today I find this article talking about it!
@emanate The flavor is interesting. I'd have expected them to go in the direction of "hot" of a spicy cinnamon candy. Instead, it tastes like they've managed to get actual capsaicin in them. Which mixes interestingly with the fruit flavors--themselves stronger than usual probably to compensate.
