@Leucrotta the "Rey spelunking in a derelict spaceship" sequence reminded me *so much* of the opening of Nausicaa, I can't believe it isn't an intentional homage.
I frequently wish for a "good parts" edit of all the Jurassic Park movies, which is basically just dinosaurs rampaging around and occasionally eating people. this is why I have watched the pixels off my copy of the "Walking With Dinosaurs" series.
@Leucrotta oooh, I have not! is it in book form, or online, or what?
@green https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Age_of_Reptiles_(comics) big paperback compilations should be out there. The down side is that there's a lot of fighting with Dino Damage, but I really like the lack of dialogue, that they're always allowed to be just (very intelligent) animals.
@Leucrotta oh! now that I see it I remember that I saw one issue of it a long time ago and was like "WHAT IS THIS TELL ME THERE IS MORE OF IT" but couldn't get more information for whatever reason. thank you so much! :D
@Leucrotta and reading the descriptions--yeah, it was "Tribal Warfare" that I read! oh sweet, I will definitely put this on my "gotta get this when I have money" list! :D
@green I hadn’t thought about that (maybe because I haven’t seen Nausicaa in a while).
And yeah, I see good looking humans in every movie. Part of why I’m looking forward to Lost Kingdom other than there’s a Carnotaurus, is the trailers suggest Blue is more of an actual *character*. Tangential, have you ever read any of Ricardo Delgado’s Age of Reptiles comics?
