@Soreth other than reliable immersive distraction (which is very variable, there's some stuff that works really well for me, but sometimes not) or being able to talk with a supportive/helpful person, it sounds like you've got what I've got. *many hugs*
@green Nothing much seems to help except for concentrating on my breathing and trying to keep mindfulness going. If you have other tips, I would be happy to hear them.
