Hey, I have a week left in London.
Due to the biggest amount of fuckery when it came to getting a van to drive me to the airport I have been overcharged massively, AND I had to book it twice. Some money is "coming back to you in 5 - 10 days" supposedly, but this has left me with basically no money.
I also need to pay another £48 when I pick up the van (I might do a long rant about the issues)

I realized why I've been feeling low-grade sick the last week or so; the temperature is high enough that I feel like I'm running a damn fever just sitting in the living room. o_____o

while heading out to Costco earlier I heard one of the Cooper's hawk fledglings in the forest, so I played the adult call from the app on my phone, and ended up with two fledglings perched about two yards over my head doing their best to intimidate the strange and persistent bird they could hear near me. XD it was so neat, watching them poof our their feathers and yell at me...

i’m done putting this bad boy together, not as effective as a regular AC but much better than a fan.
the cooler has salt water and ice packs together with a cheap aquarium pump, water is circulated through plastic tubing and a copper pipe in front of the fan to cool the air. there are tons of instructions for these on youtube and it’s pretty easy to put together.
total cost: around 50 euros and everything can be found at a hardware store. (for fellow swedes: biltema!)
