Trimmed the claws on our pet rabbit's left forepaw so right now she is very cross with me. (I'm always the villain in grabbing our pets for things they do not wish to do, such as get put in carriers or held down for claw-trimmings.)

@Austin_Dern Man, I have never figured out how to have an easier time cleaning Puck's claws or grooming as needed. And don't even THINK about giving him antibiotics or feeding him slurry D:

Good luck with your bun!

@jakebe Thanks! We've been fortunate in our rabbits mostly tolerating their medical care. We got a lot of experience with Stephen, who was disabled for a solid year and a half but trusted that we were doing all this to help.

Also we paid attention to how the vet clips nails (a little test squeeze to make sure we aren't going to cut the quick) and keep petting the rabbit's head intently.
