Oh. A technician must’ve purposefully disconnected our unit yesterday at 15:40:03-8:00 because there were no open ports for THEIR service call 🙃

@jakebe I get the feeling this is not new. TLDR- I’ve seen an ISP co truck parked outside my window every other day for the past week. I suspect the technicians are playing a game of kick the can with the lack of ports.
