After a few years of dedicated service, my workhorse frying pan is ready to be lovingly retired. I thank Emeril's non-stick pan for its service.
Can anyone recommend a good weeknight pan? I have a cast iron skillet and a wok. Non-stick? Stainless steel?
We're really quick to blame conventions for this kind of thing, but it might not be up to them. Strongly recommending, but not requiring, masks to be worn might be the very most they're legally allowed to do.
I don't have the full story, so I might be wrong. But so can you!
