happy birthday @Nikon
@ghost_bird Ah, it looks like there was an English edition with that name. How odd, the stack of back issues in the scout hall must have been imports, or from when they were using the same name.
@ghost_bird "Cricket and Company" was the little comic in it (and also little appearances in the margins) about a Cricket and his insect friends.
re: Astute UK Politics observation, rude
@spottyfox His full name is Alexander Boris de Pfeffel Johnson. Strange he doesn't use it.
@spottyfox Do you want to be a big cookie?
@spottyfox And Palmer.
@porsupah Puppies!
@spottyfox When transporting used PS5s back from the future to scalp them on ebay, ensure you sell the right production batches during the right years to avoid attention from the Time Marketing Board.
"Lands Safely" and "Huge Explosion" do not belong in the same sentence. (fyi, from what I've seen it was already on fire while landing, hit the ground too hard, then exploded when the tanks ruptured.) https://www.independent.co.uk/life-style/gadgets-and-tech/starship-sn10-test-spacex-elon-musk-mars-b1812028.html
It's also of note that evolution had a limited amount of materials from which it could create focusing lenses, and so vision *had* to exist in Water absorption's notch. (And also that pit based sensors exist on many animals to get basic directional IR sense, to show what evolution came up with without water based lenses.)
@porsupah Hopefully
I used to write.
