What's the best way to start a cell-based social progress resistance group for a specific ethnicity who is realizing that they deserve to be treated as autonomous beings?
Backed into the design should be feedback loops for process improvement, background vetting, and filtering of bad actors, infiltrators, and extremists who will muddy the message, or engender violent reprisals from established authority.
