Naze Nani Huskybots! (CW: Sci-fi, OC data dumping, Nerding cause that's how I do.

Been a while since I did one of these, so have another Huskybot Techdump!

Huskybot platforms use forced airflow over coolant filled radiators to keep their circuitry and power systems cool. The main fans for their radiators are located in their upper torsos, with intake vents underneath the main torso plate. The exhaust are on their backs, the vents part of their thruster pylons, but variations have been spotted as KA experiments with optimizing airflow.

Fanspeed is regulated by several sensor readings, and effectively moderated through emotional processing buffers. This basically means that you can gauge the emotional state of a huskybot by listening to the pitch of their fans. excitement, happiness, anger, sadness, frustration all take more power to integrate and process, so KA figured that tying her support systems to get data from the systems they are supposed to support was a pretty smart way of offloading intense number crunching to automation.

The only exception to this is when the bot is scared, or is under threat. Their fans shut off in order to minimize output so they are harder to pick up on sensors. To compensate for this, their coolant pump increases its speed, to keep coolant flowing through the radiators faster, to keep the temperature of the coolant from rising too much to be effective, and to constantly keep coolant running through the radiators to maintain nominal operating temp.
