I don't really understand how the PC Game Pass thing is sustainable at all at $5/month, but I do understand that it's gonna take a fat chomp out of the PC game market if it catches on
@shaderphantom lowered barriers to entry tends to result in massive overall increases in userbase. Personally speaking I'm playing a lot of stuff I absolutely would not otherwise. Those devs are getting something out of that, instead of nothing at all

@shaderphantom this is certainly better than many of the alternatives (which at this point are nothing or an upcoming cloud platform that is inferior in most ways and cannot work due to broadly accepted physical constants and technological limitations)
