I keep reading that you're less likely to cut yourself with a sharp knife, but I think they mean for people other than me. Like, 3 or 4 times a night I'll do something where I'm like "hmm, if my knife had been sharp that would have been bad, good thing I don't have sharp knives"

@mogwai_poet if you're using proper knife technique (I have a chef parent) a blunt knife is more likely to act unpredictably/bounce/stick and get you by surprised, whereas a sharp knife will never even touch you. if you're constantly stabbing yourself anyway then blunt knives are probably better
