Chickpeas, parsley, black pepper, scallions, cumin, turmeric, SO MUCH GARLIC, fried in peanut oil.
Lemon juice, cumin, tahini, MORE GARLIC.
I added feta to mine just to make it less healthy, but you could eat it without doing that and it was still incredibly tasty.
