@Saxxon in my stories, there's no cross-species breeding, but cross-species relationships are seen on about the same level as same-sex relationships. I hadn't given much thought to nonfertile offspring, though, hmm.

I know it works differently in different folks' universes, though. I guess yeah, "it depends".

@Leucrotta I was sorta half-raised by a bunch of furries, as parents struggled with their own stuff, and he was one. Passed in a car accident six years ago, and kinda left a hole in my life for a while.

Six years since Margaras passed, and each year gets easier. I'd like to hope that he'd be happy for me, about how my life turned out.

Anyway, I've been feeling so bad lately that I kinda just want out. Talking with doc about it.

I think my difficulty on talking about mh woes 1:1 and the relative ease of hollering about it on social media have to do with the emotional labor involved in telling someone you're feeling bad. If someone tells me they're feeling bad I want to talk with them about it, try and help. In my case, though, that labor just makes me feel worse in ways that anonymous yelling doesn't. I'm wasting time by telling someone I'm feeling bad: doesn't help, often hurts.
