Paypal took $25 from my bank account before I had even confirmed it bc I had tried to send money using that but it wouldn't let me without confirming
Then I found out it took $25 anyway
That's cool, I literally just sent a support ticket saying "Can I have my money back please?"

@vahnj Auugh good luck with them. Paypal is the WORST
They actually banned me for life from their service-- long story, but I didn't violate any of their terms of service in any way, they just assumed I was associated with someone shady and banned me for life without option to appeal

They then held my money for 6 months, and auto approved every buyer complaint, to the point at which they actually reversed a payment I made to a seller *pulling the money from his bank account without his consent* to put it in my locked account just to cover the auto approved buyer complaints.
When I called Paypal support they literally hung up on me as soon as they looked up my account. Not even a word, just *click.*

@vahnj Yeah. It was a shitshow for sure.
That was ~12 years ago and they're a lot better now than they were then, but they're still a bunch of greedy and aggressive capitalist fuckweasels and are near the top of my list of companies to slam against the wall when the revolution comes
