@zetasyanthis ;o; *hugs tight*
@mawr *hugs tight* And I haven't even made it north yet either. >.<
@zetasyanthis *hugs and holds* ;~;
@zetasyanthis *nods! and clings*
With some luck, I might be able to get into a house by then. I'm looking at some expensive options that might be worthwhile to jump on this earlier than planned.
Thank you, hon ♥️
If we go this route, we'd be looking at payments around $3,700 a month... but we could probably refinance after a couple of years to something closer to $3,000/mo or so.
It's not the route I want to go, but it's a route I'm at least seriously considering. With my estimates of property value increase in the time I'd take us to go the longer, cheaper route... I think we'd end up paying more.
@mawr Best of luck! from my vantage that's a staggering quantity of money D:
@IrisKalmia It's an intensely uncomfortable amount of money for us, too-- but our last place was $2,800/month, so it's not something we're entirely unfamiliar with.
It is, however, something we'll need to very carefully consider.
@mawr Understandably! Before shit really started to fall apart here there were vague whispers of making a holding trust. Good luck no matter how it shakes out <3
@mawr Ouch. D: (But that's fairly considered.)
@mawr Eee! Good luck! <3
