@mawr PROVENANCE!
@wobblewuffess *confuse!*
@wobblewuffess Oh shit!!!!!!! :D
@wobblewuffess Yeah!! So cool that she does that ;o;
Being able to listen to her books as they're released instead of waiting months or years is just awesome ♥️ ♥️ ♥️
@wobblewuffess So SO good. ♥️ ♥️ ♥️
I can't read a book anymore, I just can't force myself to focus, but audiobooks work so nicely :D
@mawr It makes for a surprisingly fun group experience!
During our trip in July, we'd occasionally pause the audio book to talk about scene or something that just happened.
Plus it was fun to share something with Aurora that she probably never would have been exposed to otherwise.
@wobblewuffess @mawr I was recently subjected to some of Good Omens as an audiobook while driving and enjoyed it, but words are so much *stickier* when read, spoken word just kinda washes right out of my mind.
@IrisKalmia @wobblewuffess I have the exact opposite problem; spoken word sinks in, read word gets harder and harder to keep in memory.
@mawr It is pretty awesome!
I really enjoyed listening to Ancillary Justice/Mercy and need to finish Sword with roommates because it got them hooked. It's a very different format. Hard to say if I enjoyed reading it more or listening... but the narrators for Justice and Mercy were great!
