@zebratron2084 I like to think of Reddit as a relatively accurate cross-section of the real world of opinions and people, with all of the advantages and disadvantages that can carry with it.
I find a lot of good there, and I have tools to help me keep the bad and toxic stuff to a minimum.
@mawr Reddit is a good enough place that it kinda converted me.
I kinda have to shake my head and chuckle when I hear people dismiss it as a Hive Of Pepes, but I can't really blame them. I went to Reddit the same way the kids in the movie SLC Punk would drive down to Utah to beat up rednecks. XD
But I ended up staying. It's like a big smelly alien bazaar. There's so much good stuff over there. There's so much bad stuff. There's so much inexplicable stuff. There's just so much stuff.
