Pressure to conform/afab NB stuff 

@Firstaide Things which look masculine are often seen as a default, or even as a preferred presentation. Unless directly targeted at "women" or "girls" femininity is generally presented as an alternative to (or an alteration of) masculinity in signage, advertising, writing, pictures, film, television, games...

i.e. Anything at all seen as feminine many times means being read as feminine, because masculine = androgynous and feminine = the only available other.

Pressure to conform NB stuff 

@Firstaide Speaking from a AMAB transfeminine nonbinary perspective, we've definitely seen pressure to present more masculine to be able to secure recognition from others regarding the validity of our nonbinaryness. Lots of "you must retain this much masculinity in your presentation and add just a touch of femininity otherwise you're a crossdresser or a drag queen" essentially.
