The end product is vital to me. Just turning into something isn't enough, I need to know what it's like for them to move in this new shape, sense the world around them. It's all about the sensation for me, and that includes things like kinesics and any new senses you've gotten.
You're a cow now. How do different surfaces feel under your hooves? How does your new brain read human faces or patterns? How does it feel to have the warmth of more than one stomach?

that's true, that's an important distinction. I'm not sure what's so fascinating (and admittedly arousing) with someone suddenly trapped in a body that isn't *theirs*, but it makes for content that I am totally absorbed into.
Outside of actual tf, I love when there's a time period set aside for someone getting used to what they are now: a human turned kobold getting used to height and frame and social status, for example.
