@marrub I mean the gamepads most people use on PCs are Sony/ Xbox controllers, and for good reason
@noiob yeah, well, my plebeian ass can't afford those (and generally they work like ass with linux)
@marrub huh, that isn't my experience at all. Linux controller drivers are usually pretty good in my experience
@noiob at least from what I can tell DS4 drivers are hell on any OS, though surprisingly wiimotes have really good linux drivers for some reason
@marrub macOS comes with native support for Dualshocks, actually, and afaict it's pretty good?
@noiob seems DS3 and DS4s work out of the box in linux now, maybe i should buy one
@marrub they're not bad controllers, try getting the second version of the DS4s (with the lil led window in the touchpad) over the first one, I think the battery is better on those
@noiob hmmm I haven't used any sony/xbox controllers before. from my experience all PC gamepad d-pads suck
