tbh once I got used to it Sony's Android 2.3 skin is probably one of the best ones

also I wish modern Android let you mount the microSD as mass storage over USB instead of relying on MTP

@noiob back in the day when I had an HTC One m7 and that I was into building ROMs and stuff, I was the official maintainer for XOSP for that device

It was a ROM with stock Android themed to look like the Xperia phones and with all the Xperia services and apps installed, honestly it was a really rad ROM

@Siphonay the htc One m7 might also be one of the longest-lasting Android phones (excluding stuff like Nexuses)

@Siphonay my siblings have a nice blue one that would still be great if it had a user-replacable battery

@noiob oooh nice

I actually have two, the one I used and the one I nabbed from work, unfortunately they both have the pink camera issue. Which is a shame because for the short time when it didn't show up, the camera took really nice looking pics

@Siphonay oh yeah I've seen that. I think the blue one is still okay, despite all odds

@noiob well later models have a camera module without the issue, if it would've happened you would see it right now, cause what triggers it is the phone's heat
