I really don't wanna start discourse about this because it's not that important but it kinda annoys me when people use "them" as a noun in neologisms for nonbinary people.
Not every nonbinary person uses they/them, and the neologisms usually seem like a cutesy, infantilizing way to step around the very obvious non-gendered word that includes everyone
