I don't like landscape keyboards so this is so stupid and not something I should do. But specs wise it's what I'm looking for and I think I'm just attracted to weird ass shit
honestly like the smart choice would be get a pixel 4a, but that seems boring and I do really like 21:9 screen
The still stupid but more smart than this choice is xperia 5 II, because it meets every spec I want including image sensor size, and has that 21:9 screen and smallish size - but it's stupid expensive
But this has a *20:9* screen and based on the resolution *probably* the image sensor I want, and it's weird as fuck and it costs less than the xperia 5 II
If Apple brings back the pop-out wrist strap connector from the 5th generation iPod Touch I will switch to iPhone immediately
Literally the #1 thing I have wanted from a phone since that iPod is the ability to have a cute and functional wrist strap without having to have a case

@noiob Yeah . . . except . . . The first one I had, the spring that made the strap connector pop up broke almost immediately. However, it was also the first generation that had a lightning port, and the very early lightning connectors had durability issues too I think - so my lightning connector broke too and they replaced the whole thing for free, and I think they made both of those things less breakable
@masklayer huh, I have a first-gen iPad mini and an iPhone 5 that both still work fine

@noiob Yeah. Idk if I remember right both me and the guy who lived down the hall from me in college preordered the first gen lightning devices (he got iphone 5, I got the ipod because I didn't have a phone plan at that point) and both our lightning ports broke - so I think we thought it was just preorder ones or something. Who knows
@masklayer I mean, good chance that early Lightning had manufacturing issues, it's certainly not easy to make a port like that from scratch (and well, it's p complex, there's a chip in the plug lol)

I have been buying wrist straps for my phones for years now-- it's reduced the number of times I accidentally drop my phone by like a solid 80%, and has saved it from a drop into water at least twice.
