- desktop buddies added

polished up the classic theme to be fully complete, possibly adding in the classic start menu

finally adapted desktop icons to dynamically be fetched from the Desktop folder, instead of being their own entities

- flourish, onestop, town are included now
- desktop icons dynamically load from the contents of the user desktop folder
- minesweeper works a bit more
- the calculator kinda works

- added in a dialog box spawning utility (useful for integrating in other apps)
- run dialog works for launching apps (need to make it fail when an app doesn't exist)

doing some cleanup on the oldest parts of css that are in here. edited the start menu to display more consistently bw chrome and firefox, and as a fun bonus, changing the menu content/size now works better too
