my biggest pet peeves in tv shows and such is when phone screens don't turn off when someone holds them up to their ear. Phones have proximity sensors specifically for that

@noiob but then how do you know that the phone is phoning!

@noiob ugh remembering before this was a thing and cutting off a call with your ear (or just faulty ones I guess)

@LottieVixen it's been a thing since the first iPhone! and phones without the sensor usually just lock the screen when the call connects

@noiob I guess I had bad luck on android then huh.. but damn thats cool.

(or maybe it was corners cut on the ipod touch i had I'm not sure)

or im just misremembering this whole thing in which case if so... im sorry
