It amuses me greatly that not only is the format for dumping 3DS software CIA, but the program for installing these dumps is called FBI.
@onfy I mean the software being called FBI is the obvious joke but I'm not sure if CIA is actually just what Nintendo calls them (it stands for CTR importable archive)

Still very funny though. They could've called it anything but they called it FBI because the archives were called CIA. What if they hadn't even made that (fairly obvious) connection?
