@pronounshe@lgbt.io you could try reflashing Android to the phone. there's a software from LG called LG Bridge that writes clean software onto your phone while it's in download mode (a part of the recovery, you have to plug it in while it's off with (I think) the volume down button held down). Been a while since I used it but back when I used a rooted LG G6 it saved my bacon a few times.

my LG phone also had a self-diagnosis feature, might as well try that

also there should be a hidden menu that shows you additional info about the modem and stuff if you dial a specific number but it's different for every regional model so you'd need to find your model number
