The post language feature was a mistake. Like a lot of clients don't support it (like tusky). It is limited to one language per post - which makes it hard to use for bilingual people, that post in more then one language.
This all makes it pretty hard to use for us.
@wonderland I don’t think it was a mistake per se, but implementation could be optimized. I wish there was an option for no (specific) or multiple languages aswell. Also clients and apps like Tusky will probably catch up sooner or later.

@mimi @wonderland tusky nightly supports it. I personally think it's useless and I'll never remember to use it
