a fun fact about me is that as a trans girl i only ever play female characters in hero shooters

so i'm always locked out of, at best, 50% of the classes lmao

like in borderlands 2 i'm really curious about how the gunzerker can wield two weapons at once

but the gunzerker is also a big tough buff dude and that is extremely Not Gender for me

so i'll never play him lmao

i will always prefer to play as my gender in games when possible

it might seem silly at a glance but it's actually really really affirming

gaige (the mechromancer) on the other hand? Extremely Gender, Very Much So

i also have a maya (the siren) character lol

but she's kinda boring personality-wise tbh lmao

playing as a girl in video games is actually how i realized i was trans lmao

so there's a proud legacy to uphold there

maya reminds me of moira from overwatch if she was uninteresting

they have the same shtick

and the same evil laugh and all that

but maya is just so bland

at least moira feels vaguely threatening or sinister or something

and overwatch 2 doesn't run too well on this laptop
