Honestly? That sounds very forward-looking, but I also have no idea how this provides benefits other than easier immigration for those who want to live specifically in Spain (or at least the EU)
@noiob OK so at first I had severe doubts, but apparently the EU has tried to clear up last year that, for the most part, lex loci laboris remains the fundamental principle... so yes, they would pay taxes for everything including social insurance, just like if the labor was made for a Spanish company
