OK, so let me get this straight: Sony in Japan sells speakers, headphones, consoles, TVs, cameras, phones with custom cameras, huge MP3 players with fancy DACs and AMPs, laptops (to be fair they only hold like, 20% of shares on that?), displays, displays but 3D, movies, video players, music albums, music streaming (wait they killed that one last year nvm), mobile connectivity, fiber Internet, electricity and bank services????? Like, they’re so big they just announced they’re going to spinoff the bank???????
they’re just missing a theme park OH WAIT NO WAY
yes it’s in Thailand, counts as Japanese colony
they really give me strong Samsung vibes tbh, not least because they also are heavily owned by outside investors
Samsung is a bit more powerful tho: they have an university ![]()
………….wait are you for real https://www.zdnet.com/article/sony-university-opens-in-singapore/
