after mixing in the flour these at least resemble dough! they're falling apart though

@onfy I think you might need to knead more for the dough to come together. Looks pretty dry though, even for a shortcrust

@noiob without an electric mixer it was a pain in the ASS to do by hand

@onfy you can let most doughs rest for a bit to hydrate and basically knead themselves (autolyse)

@onfy but yeah I never baked without an electric mixer, that sounds like a pain
