@noiob literally what https://shopmidtownmiami.com is (started in 2005-ish?), residential high-rises with ground floor retail, multi-building mall, parking garages
lived there for a couple years but it was early days so not a lot of stuff had opened yet

@noiob i like https://brickellcitycentre.com a bit more mostly because of transit accessibility and that it's not an island of density
