@onfy It definitely has a 16:9 mode on Gamecube; but it's probably just like every other 16:9 mode of that era, you have to stretch it on your TV.
@onfy @noiob yeah; it's a big selling point of the Switch 2's Gamecube support that when you enable the 16:9 mode in the options, the Switch 2 automatically stretches it.
But stuff like UI is never going to "look" 16:9 because that would require making new assets; it's only the 3D stuff that's gonna change.
@noiob @onfy Banjo... might only be Tooie, also has 16:9 mode. (And yeah, the text boxes just stretch, they don't squish to accommodate it.)
