theres this thread full of advice started by nanoraptor and in there theres one person saying "drink a big glass of water before sitting down to work, in 30 minutes you'll need to pee, every time you go pee drink another big glass of water, by the time youre done working you'll have gotten up every 30 minutes and kept hydrated throughout" and like. i dont think this works? unless you're already well hydrated when you start but if you need a special drinking routine you probably aren't. And if you are i dont think it's very good for your kidneys to be filtering a litre of water that you dont need every hour just so you can keep your peepee clock running
