nes, genesis, n64: none that i know of
gamecube: soldered 2032
ps2: 2032
wii: user replaceable 2032, aa batteries in controllers
wii u: user replaceable 2032, wii u gamepad has user replaceable battery
switch: rechargeable, not user replaceable :(
xbox: no battery, but a big cap
ps3: unknown, controller has a not user replaceable rechargeable battery
dualshock 4: similar to ps3 controller

@onfy ps3s have standard cr2032 clock batteries

@onfy on the mainboard somewhere, at least on my Slim. Not too bad to get at but the Slim is very nice to work on in general

@onfy I mean they seem to choose between holder and pin header based on available board space, like laptop vendors do
