making broth with frozen old mushroom stems and wondering, this looks very uncomfortable but also familiar? what is this reminding me of?
the stems kinda look like bones with fat flaking off them. it's been so long we've even seen meat being cooked like this that the idea is completely unfamiliar
definitely weirded out, but the resulting broth will be delicious

@noiob yeah mushroom broth is pretty incredible
yesterday we made some veggie broth with onion and celery scraps and it was good, but this is definitely the one we're looking toward way more
