I hate how Android still has this patronizing "feature" where it refuses to allow you to remain connected to wifi with no internet. If it didn't do this, I could at least restart my router from my phone or use the LAN. But no, papa Android knows what I want better than I do, and what I want is clearly to have to go over to the router/modem, crouch through a bundle of wires, and flip a power switch on and off again manually. Fuck mobile OS developers.

@thufie you should be able to force a connection and then tap "connect anyways" in the notification that tells you that there's no internet on the wifi. You might have to turn off mobile data temporarily so there's no alternative. I stuggled with it bc the Switch 1 used a hotspot to transfer images to a phone
