re: meds, hell brain

@variance Is this an ADHD thing as well?

I get this to the point that my sleep pattern is in pmuch constant flux, which makes dealing with the rest of the world funtimes, and is a pmuch carousel of mediocre sedatives/hypnotics.

Buuuut I'd always put it down to Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (which is known to cause latenight adrenaline surges and sleep pattern weirdness/insomnia/etc). But I also have ADHD, so.. Curious!

re: meds, hell brain

@variance Also it's 5:40am over here and I'm *still* in "Do all the things?!?!" hyperactive-brain mode, so.. Vmuch relate to you in the immediate as well ><

re: meds, hell brain

@pastelbat I’ve heard things relating adhd to delayed sleep cycles, with the brain being more active later in the day and later into the night but idk if it’s actually A Thing

my main problem is just that I can’t keep a consistent sleep schedule because that’s a Task and doing Tasks is difficult overall ghh

also I was hella sleepy earlier while my adhd meds were in effect but then they wore off and I became more awake

but also more scattered, welp. idk
