@pastelbat i tend to actively resist calming down or anything that could calm me down which is also kinda the problem.

Plus side I’ve realised I think I need to work on allowing myself to calm down so I don’t get to the head hitting stage.

(I do the head hitting thing but much rarer than I used to. Not really sure what changed that though so struggling to think of any specific advice x.x)
