my therapist tells me i need to catch a fucking break and honestly i agree

i know it's just because i['m closer to the ground but i choose to believe that crouching a little bit and speedwalking makes you feel faster than if you just sprint

i had a breakdown ast nite. but in a healthy way where i end up feeling better afterwards. it was pretty cathartic

@artemis@vulpine.club ive had that happen yeah. really ive always reasoned its other ppls imperative to choose who they interact with, but blocking someone for something they did like ages ago is usually a cause for raising an eyebrow

ive always figured its just a petty show of power over someones ability to communicate with u, like its not accountability its just petty

i couldnt stream sad games because i cried for like a quarter of an hour and i was watching a stream of a sad game

little heavy pop but i feel like people tend towards minimising certain things through bringing up how bad they have it

and i mean i get it, and sometimes that can be fantastic - talking to someone and relating your experiences can really help, especially for neurodivergent folk! - but i'm talking explicitly about the use of such things as a minimiser and an invalidator

i feel like we should acknowledge that suffering is universal and that we can lighten the load through kindness and empathy
